Handan Değirmenci completed her undergraduate education at Cumhuriyet University, Faculty of Letters, Sociology department in 2008 and started her master's education at Erciyes University Sociology department in the same year and completed her master's education with her thesis titled Marriage practices in Circassian society: Uzunyayla example (2011). In 2020, Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş University started his master's degree in Sociology, and his education is still continuing. Projects such as miller, mine, nuclear power plant, natural gas and highway were also included.
